Although I know that others will argue this point, and I welcome those who do; professionalism to me is largely attributed to not only how one carries and presents themselves; but there is also a presumptuous form of dress that accompanies a "professional". For example, regardless of how popular a product or service was; you would not feel particularly inclined to purchase said product from a sales person who was sloppily dressed. Now, that is not to say that a sloppily dressed sales person cannot have a lasting good impression on a customer, because I know from experience that can and does happen. What I am saying, is that while "style" may not be ALL of it; one must keep certain particulars in mind. Service, attitude and "style" are all intricately woven into the good character of the modern day "professional".
